My name is Nicholas Tombs.

I am an artist as well as an inventor. I’ve been creating ever since I was a kid. I work in a multitude of mediums including but not limited to metal, wood, fabric, clay and writing. With an artistic education from childhood I work primarily with aesthetics, proportion and functionality. A certified welder since 2004, I first learned to weld and fabricate at age 15. Since then I've been creating and fine tuning my 1927 roadster pickup Hot Rod affectionately named Good Vibrations, after my favourite Beach Boys song. And when it’s idling, you guessed, it Vibrates!

I’ve been in a variety of different work environments since the age of 14. From working in a shop that hand manufactured oars and paddles to, Make-up Artistry in the Vancouver film industry to, an Assistant manager for an industrial supply company. I’ve acquired may skills and knowledge from watching, reading, and hands on experience. Creative problem solving is what I enjoy most.

I currently have an invention Feet2Clean (Patent Pending) that is being pitched to companies for manufacturing. I recently published my book Love On Line? A Tale Of Internet Dating, based on the true story about my first experience in the exciting world of internet dating.

My goal is to grow Blueflame Creative as a creative design studio where I can do what I love to do — design, build and create. Currently I’m searching for a shop/studio to accommodate my setup and needs.

Feet2Clean, (Patent Pending) is a new product made to allow children (or anyone) who have been playing outside in bare feet to wash their feet just outside the door.

It can be placed for use in many areas such as; Patio doors, Pools, Home doors, Boats, on a dock, Cabin, Cottage etc.

The main base with raised edges contains water and 2 character Feet. The user rubs their feet on the raised “Nubbies” on the character feet to scrub their feet clean.

Once feet are clean, you can dry them with a towel and walk into your Home, Boat, Cottage, etc.

Made of recycled and or recyclable materiel. You can pour water into it or let the rain fill it. Left in the sunlight the sunshine will warm it up.
